Hello, I am a freelance web designer.
I live in a little village outside Hythe, Kent, just near the seaside. Though that isn't important I can work for anyone anywhere in the world, I'm just letting you know a little about myself.
I use Dreamweaver to design sites in HTML like my website, and I also build websites using Wordpress. I like the plugins we can add to Wordpress, improving SEO and adding forms and dynamic functionality. I can create a unique Wordpress site for you, that you can edit yourself without ever having to come back to me, unless you want to of course, even just to say hello!
I am an ACE in Dreamweaver (Thats an Adobe Certified Expert), and I have had experience using Photoshop to design all sorts of things from mugs to murals and all sorts of logos, greetings cards, and t-shirts between.
Jessies job is to keep me fit and healthy, taking me for walks in the woods and by the sea, so I can think up new designs to keep my clients happy
So yes, as you may of gathered, its really just me here, a freelance one woman band. Which I think is a good thing, overheads are low so you won't be paying for a website, and my water cooler or the air conditioning in my office. I am with you on your project from start to finish, I won't hand you to someone else who doesn't know you and your project.
So I'm an adobe ACE. What does that mean? Well you can check my qualification here ACE-finder
Adobe sets its qualification high, you need at least 3 years experience with the software before taking the exam.
Dreamweaver uses HTML, PHP, CSS and Javascript to create dynamic websites.
ACE's around the world are pushing creativity and productivity levels.
ACE exams are continually evaluated and updated to ensure the content remains relevant.
I have to take the exam every 12 months, as certification status endorses my knowledge and skills as a valued and competent professional.
So as it's just little ol' me I'm the only person you deal with.
From the moment you tell me your requirements, and we work together from start to finish to complete the job, never losing sight of the original design brief.
So whenever you call, or email, you are always talking to the person who knows your website or design inside out, the person who coded it, me!
My prices are pretty competitive
Why? Well, I work from home so there aren't a lot of excessive overheads.
Although I live in a lovely part of sunny Kent, I don't need to pay for air conditioning, I don't need a company car or dry cleaning, my dress code is shabby chic!
I don't have a marketing budget. You are looking at the only advertising I need, my website.
Mostly I rely on word of mouth reccomendations from satisfied customers, thats all that really matters.
